I was having an existential crisis when you said the answer to 2/3 was 66.33%. I paused the video and whipped out a calculated and thought my world was falling apart. An audible gasp of relief could be heard on the other side of the house when I un-paused the video. I really like the format of your videos. There is no fluff to this and you realize i can pause the video at any moment, brilliant!

I am a Canadian preparing to take the CFAT before joining the armed forces and there are relatively few good channels for CFAT practice, so these videos are a great resource. with the last problem i took your advice of rounding .6 to .5 to see if any numbers where close. half of 70 is 35 plus half of 5, is roughly 37 and there was only one answer close to that number. Awesome!

Thanks for all this great knowledge but I’m bad at math Soo What formulas for the arithmetic part do I need to know and when trying to solve the problem/ reading the questions, how do I know based off the question is asking when I need to multiply subtract or divide as well?

Another way to solve #13. Is divide 8/30 = 3.7 and multiply the result by 6. So 3.7 x 6 = 22.20 you can assume is C without an exact answer.

been watching a lot of colfax math these past 2 weeks.
i passed my first asvab test, but i want to re-test for a better score.
i’m taking the test may 17th (tomorrow)

so i hope that studying with colfax will pay off 🙏🏼
