My wife and I just got back from a Holland America cruise, we're sold looking at booking another one

I had significant difficulty using the recommended HA app to check in. I kept getting a message that checkin was incomplete with no information as to what was incomplete or why. After a phone call to the help line, I was told it was a format problem with a date I entered. This should be highlighted so it can be easily fixed. I spent A LOT of time repeating the checkin process over and over with no understanding of why my checkin was considered “incomplete.” We are looking forward to our first cruise and hope this snafu is not indicative of any other upcoming challenges, and it probably isn’t. Just FYI.
