Hannah Dreams of Being a Journalist

Hannah's village in Ghana used to have a lack of water. Because she often had to walk as far as three hours for water, she would miss a lot of lessons at school. World Vision has provided boreholes in the community and toilets to encourage personal hygiene. Hannah's mother is glad she is part of a group that teaches children about HIV and AIDS prevention. Hannah, aged 14, says it is because of World Vision she now has the dream to be a journalist. She believes everyone must help each other to progress.
