F80 Single Monitor Arm Bracket

Screen Size: 17 - 30 inch
Load Capacity: 2 - 9 kg
VESA: 75x75 - 100x100mm

Rotation: 360°
Tilt: +85° to -30°
Swivel: 90°

After attaching the monitor, to adjust monitor arm to correct height
Press and hold down on monitor arm while adjusting tension with allen wrench.
When tension is balanced, move the monitors to your preferred position

Thank you so much. Tried for two days to figure out how to swivel the part you attach to the monitor to the correct up position. Wasn't until I saw you turn it with ease did I realize was turning the wrong thing. Wasn't quite as easy for me, but I did it!!!

Does anyone know what is the type of the 4 screws that I should use to mount the top half of the arm to te panel if I have a zowie xl2540k? Because i have the screws that were mounted in the monitor at first, plus the longer and smaller screws with the little black plastic height adjusters that were in the f80 arm box. and don't know which one are the right ones

I installed an 18-inch portable screen on this, but at the minimum tension, the arm springs up strongly. What can I do?
