I know a typical sigma male who is outgoing and talkative. The thing that makes him stand out and not being a alpha male is that he doesnt care about social hierarchy or what people think about him. He follow his own mind and heart and is both loved and hated depend on who is around him. He is outgoing and like to talk to people but can also be quiet and secret and got high integrity. No one can change this guy and he has only a few close friends. He doesnt like drama and is pretty sensitive to negative energy.

This video brings even more security to me based on my “sigma” ways. All 13 apply. When asked out for dinners at trade shows and meetings, my simple response is “no thank you.” No justification or excuse given. If my decline is followed by a “because I need to……”, it gives the dinner “inviter” a way to manipulate and talk me into going. “No thank you” leaves little room for someone to say “you can do that tomorrow” or anything of the like. Stay strong and quiet, fellow sigmas. It’s a good way to go thru life. Efficient too.

#7 Energy Vampires. My wife had a friend that lived down the street. The lady was always calling and acting needy. I could see that it was draining the life out of my wife. I nicknamed this lady - EV for Energy Vampire. To this day, I will not refer to her by name. I call her "EV". Eventually my wife saw this lady for what she is ... a vampire that was draining the life out of her.

I always thought that I was an outcast, I thought I was antisocial but I was wrong, Today's society is continually trying its best to change our views and trap us in a matrix society. Guys trust in yourself and ignore waht others say about you, and if you're a teen like me please focus on building your character and personality, quit wasting time and focus on improving yourself.

The other thing about sigma males is that they hold a grudge forever. When someone does me wrong, they’re out of my life forever, no second chances, or if I’m in a situation where I have to deal with them, then it’s strictly business, no extras, and conducted in a cold nature.

Things a sigma male dislikes: Being unnecessarily loud; making false assumptions; constant mindless chatter; not being able to exit a dramatic situation; monopolizing a conversation; when someone is always waiting for others to get by; energy vampires; inauthentic people who try too hard to impress others; intrusive questions; crowded places; being interrupted constantly; micromanagement or lack of trust; useless rules or regulations.
