I personally am overwhelmed daily, and if you guys wonder why.. it's just because this society.. everything is moving so fast and everyone is in a hurry every single day.. My soul feels the need of isolation on an island or something like that.. because it's too much noise.. too much. I need inner peace, and to get that I need a quiet place.. but where to find it? Even when I try to meditate I am just disturbed by the cars that are going next to my house, my neighbors, my parents etc. I just feel like peace is something literally impossible to achieve this days (for me in general) and.. + that.. as a starseed I feel
brainwashed every single day. It's like my mind is completely empty and I can't really remember my past lifes, only some little pieces of it.. it really sucks.. This world makes me so.. confused, especially humans..

I am so grateful for this blessing of relief. Thank you <3 I allow myself to gently and easily release tension from my life. I empathize with my strong, supple, agile, meaty, fluid, strong, stable physical and energetic bodies.

This did release a lot of my body tension that I didn't realise until it got released.. 😄 now I can use this whenever I am exhausted with body or with my thoughts..

but why?

doctors say beacause of anxiety but I am asking myself why my body has to tighten the heart
