Voters need to vote out all 435 congressmen & 100 senators who have the audacity to go on taxpayer paid vacation from August 14 to September 14 (1 month) during a pandemic & economic downturn. They’re on vacation while the mortgage & renter eviction moratorium ends August 31 & thousands of Americans will be evicted from their homes. I heard that 250, 000 Americans in Las Vegas will be evicted on September 1.

Being angry could mean Trump supporters who hate masks, angry that the country was/is shut down, it doesn't mean they're pissed at Trump.

When it gets cold, all the outside dining is going to end, which is going to cripple the restaurant business

"Angry with how things are going" can mean two completely separate things- angry that the country/Trump didn't do enough OR it could mean angry about the new rules shutting down the country/economy. That's most likely why the number is so high, it can include both sides when all it asks is if you're angry.

Couldn’t they be angry that congress failed to act in late July?

I'm angry at China and the WHO for covering this up in the critical early weeks of the pandemic and both political parties downplaying it.

I feel that the governor's and mayors have made this mess

I'm sorry but this is all nonsensical. Trump is being declared the only culprit of this mess.
The economic response was Congress's job. Pelosi, McConnell and co.
The social response was the states' job. You can't do the same in Montana and in Georgia cause the situations are very different.
Sure, he allowed for all of this but there's not a lot he could have done about it.

But what does "angry" mean? Angry that mot enough is being done? Or angry that too much (masks) is being done?

I'm more upset about the way our Governor Wolf has handled the virus than PRESIDENT Trump.

But Trump's supporters don't believe he is doing a bad job, so will it actually have that much of an effect?

So poll-driven. Last week’s polls were the most impactful according to Saagar. Then this week’s came along. I’m sure next week’s poll will be the “most impactful” and so on.

Saagar and Krystal continue to push the narrative that government (and Trump) could have solved the Coronavirus pandemic, but this line of argument is disingenuous in a federalist government framework.

Personal hygiene and personal choices play a much bigger role. Habits such as washing hands are very important and a US President can’t control that.

States fought Trump every step of the way. Remember when the narrative by health officials was that the goal was to “flatten the curve?” Selective memory by these two.

If they had kept those checks coming every month instead of just once, I would be feeling very differently toward the administration right now. They missed a golden opportunity to make the case for reelection right there.

“Back to normal” sounds just as awful as whatever this, now, is.

Not supplying Medicare for all during a viral pandemic is like not supplying food to a starving nation. North Korea comes to mind.
