Given a circle S1, let S2 and S3 be two circles touching it externally at A and B respectively. And, let CD be the direct common tangent of S2 and S3.

Then,
[1] The point of intersection of AC and BD lies on S1.
[2] The tangent to S1 at this point is parallel to CD.

This is known as the Mickey Mouse Theorem! 🐁
