10 REASONS WHY WE NEED GOD | TitaPastor's Musings | 2021

Avengers, king, super, hero, time, kingdom
Since the beginning of time, human beings are in search of God. We need somebody who is far superior to us -- a Divine Being, who is far mightier than ourselves. In Exodus 33:18, Moses asked God “Then show me your glorious presence;” and King Nebuchadnezzar of the ancient kingdom of Babylon knew that there is a Divine Being Who is supremely great and good. In Daniel 4:37, he acknowledged God, saying “Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and glorify and honor the King of heaven. All his acts are just and true, and he is able to humble the proud.”
God is much more than our combined human superheroes like the Avengers and the Justice League. He is All-Mighty, All-Powerful, All-Knowing, All-Giving, and can be anywhere at any time. Knowing that He is watching over us gives us confidence and peace of mind that there is a higher power who can help us when we, ourselves, and no other human being can.
