Great review. I have Joust on the Arcade1Up PartyCade. This is a GOOD co-op classic arcade cab. Joust, Wizard of Wor, Gauntlet, Bubbles, Rampage, Toobin, KLAX, and even the DEFENDER with the bad controls are the games I would buy the cab for. They just need to trade out Paperboy with Mortal Kombat 4. Playing with others online and the good looks are why I want the cab. I can wait for a sale. It is on my official buy list! It made the cut.

Oh my goodness what a throwback memory. I regularly got caught skipping class to go to the 7/11 down the street to play the game over your right shoulder: Golden Axe. Only when i played it at the mall arcade did i usually play with multiple players but just seeing it here for the first time in over 30 years brought back many great memories of the game but bad memories of my dads punishment by taking away my home games and tv time. Totally worth it. No ragrets

MK Deluxe is def a step in the right direction to me. I really like the lineup, MK is not my favorite on that line up, it has alot of gems, Bubbles, Wiz of Wor, Toobin, Joust, Rampage, Tapper. I am glad toy see you guys enjoying online experience too. My problem with these cabinets is they are just too small for me, I'd like to see more XL's or a Riser from Buystuff Store to bring these up higher, I have risers on all my ALU's and even the ALU Mini to bring them up for my neck.

They really need to put some better buttons and joysticks in these. I could barely play it because they were so bad to me. For the price, you shouldn't have to tear it apart right away to fix it.

Great review! My favorite game isn’t any of the actual MK games LOL. This cab is better suited to those who haven’t gotten a midway cab yet. I can play klax all day. We’ll get a rampage game going soon!

Is it just my cabinet, or are the discs underneath the joysticks really loose? You can spin them with your finger much more loosely than those of the standard cabinet.

Great vid, first vid of yours l have seen, but l'm confused about the "console fanboy" comments, can you briefly explain what is going on there? l watch some other online Arcade 1Up streamers and l have definitely heard his name before, just not sure of the history.

I own the MKII Legacy (got it for a really cheap price) and like it a lot. The online feature is definitely a cool thing to have but for me, getting my buddies or family to actually play next to me is where it's at. Just like back in an arcade. For me the high score placement list is what I dig the most about the online feature. I know people complain about the cabs being too small for two adults to play side by side but you make it work and it's a blast especially with a few brews lol.
This delux is a great looking more authentic cab but for me not caring about online I just can't bring myself to get one..especially for $500 price tag and basically the same games line-up. Thinking maybe a Ms Pac on sale when that cab comes out.

Great review, Dan. I am glad I am not alone in the MK arena. You know I love the martial arts. Especially martial arts arcade fighters. But I never really took to the MK franchise all that much.
