Would love to see some like this happen. Go anywhere in the world, anywhere where there's body of water, there's entertainment options of all sorts. It's a shame Chicago hasn't done something like this sooner to take advantage of the lake front. By the way, one of the main reasons why so many stores have closed is because you're letting thugs be thugs without arresting. You really think a business owner is going to want to invest in real estate front? Also, the smell of weed is nauseating in Michigan street. Way to go Liberals!
