Why Teens are Competing in Hobbyhorse Competitions

Instead of real horses, teens in Europe are competing with hobbyhorses? The Doctors share that in Finland alone there are over 10,000 competitors. While this might seem like a strange hobby, there is a sense of community and competing with hobbyhorses is great exercise. Hobbyhorse enthusiast and Finnish competitor Alisa joins The Doctors to discuss the sport and shows them how to perform a few moves.

As funny as it appears, the first guy that takes it seriously enough to do it in public will be in heaven. All those girls and one guy, looks like heaven to me. If only I was young again I believe it would be physically impossible to wipe the smile off my face.

A person could could adapt just about any sport to be hobby horse friendly! Imagine hh soccer, tennis, track, jogging, etc.! Heck, even cutting the lawn with a push mower would be more fun! Let your imagination gallop away with you!

People are so disrespectful to other people’s passions, I myself hobby horse and if you think if just jumping hurdles like a other commen sport. The fact that people say it’s way weird, but could never jump or preform as hog or as well as these othe hobby horses. In fact I can jump 2 and a half feet.
