The moments between kon and orihime in this episode are so precious, ichigo gently holding orihime in her arms because he is worried sick about her but thankful shows, he doesnt want to her suffer showing him moody, and with kon we never ever saw him being thankful or happy with him in canon this moments are precious and shows how much ichigo cares about them
