The traditional stainless steel-clad copper hanger bar is made of pure stainless steel tube or pure

stainless steel sleeve and T2 copper rod, mechanically composited, sealed (or coated) to make.

The biggest disadvantage of this process is the bonding rate of titanium and copper is poor, for they are mechanically processed (pull). Between titanium and copper, there is large gaps, which can be up to 2mm. AATi uses a new processing technology which stainless steel and copper are rolled at a high

temperature, and a new metallurgical layer will be formed between stainless steel and copper. Stainless steel and copper are tightly bonded, just like skin and meat are closely attached. The electrical

resistance is greatly improved, and current passing through is also smooth. This process will also greatly reduce the cost, because by mechanical drawing, titanium or stainless steel must reach a certain

thickness, these two metals can be combined together, generally stainless steel is 4 mm, and in our

new process, thickness of stainless steel just requires only half or less of the original thickness, which

can achieve much higher conductivity than the original, and the cost is greatly reduced.

And by more than ten years of research, this process has been widely used in the hydrometallurgical industry such aselectrolytic copper, electrolytic manganese, electrolytic zinc, and electrolytic cobalt.

The stainless steel-clad copper hanger bars are transported by robotic arms to fixed tooling and then

perfectly welded together with stainless steel plates by automatic welding robots. This method offers strong corrosion resistance and excellent conductivity. Contact areas and lifting hooks are customized according to customer needs.
