Recipe
Ingredients:
1 8-inch whole wheat tortilla
1/4 red pepper, sliced
1/4 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 medium cucumber, sliced lengthwise
1/4 medium green apple, sliced
2 Tbsp. hummus
Preparation:
1) Lay tortilla flat and spread hummus over 2/3 of the wrap leaving at least an inch on both ends.
2) Layer with veggies and apple over the hummus.
3) Roll tortilla up and slice in half. Enjoy now or store for later!
