[#25] FPGA 2.1 sound system - 1k special

preview_player
Показать описание
See in this video how you can implement a full 2.1 FPGA controlled soundsystem with DSP and Class-D controller integrated inside the FPGA.

I'm not allowed to share schematics or codes, as I did this project not as a hobby-project.

But see my two videos how to build up Class-D amplifiers and IIR-filters with FPGA.

I like german enginerrs, they share things with knowledge, not entertainment.

I think an HP is not heeded for usual L+R channels. This is just a wasting of IC resources. Nobody will blame if their loudspeakers will play at least something from LFE band. Besides, some people turn on a subwoofer occasionally, so they need a sound below 120Hz in their L+R.

Hello I think you're making the best stuff on youtube. Very honestly. This is all what I wanted to watch or learn . I am trying to.build my own amplifier with dsp and a touch screen about 50 W 2.1 and all I cam do I analog stuff. You really help me and inspire me. Please make more videos. From very basic if possible. I love your videos.

Hey I also tried to get the TAS5601 to work properly but how do you get the 200kHz PWM modulation? I did it with an STM32 but I get a lot of audible noise even when playing 50% duty cylce only.

hello, what FPGA would you recommend? The tiny one you used in your last video or this big one?

With my Sony earphones on, the system sounds AMAZING!
Excellent work on this design and implementation!
Would you consider sharing this via Open Source framework on GitHub so that others can learn from your work?

Your all digital sound system sounds really hi-fi with the sub + lspkr + rspkr all running from the fpga filtered audio. Nice design!

Just wondering why you chose to route the subwoofer audio through a CAN transceiver..Danke!

Hm looks like "lets find the most challenging solution for this simple task" to me 😉
