Wait, y'all, I actually know, its by making the aspect ratio any screen u want and the short has to be like 60 secs or 15s and then go to yt and got to upload and click video and put your short and then yt will automatically make it a short. Then u will see your shorts screen is what u picked for the ratio, hope this helped.
