This is probably the best advise video that i have seen for getting customers because every other window cleaner video doesnt explain correctly on how to get customers they just show off there business

I know that aiming for quality thats above average always gets better refferrals, tips and will provide less headaches. building a business based on lower prices will come back to bite ya where it hurts. 13yrs later I never regretted that decision. when your new your hungry take what you can get and this video showed just how to do that.. awesome!

But if most houses already have a window cleaner how do you compete (other than lowering price). Let’s be honest most houses are already covered by another window cleaners patch. Any advice?

The only thing that i think is for doing homes is poeple want background checks done first so that they can feel comfortable letting you into there home and with reference checks too

Kevin, can you do a discussion on ladders? What size works best for typical exterior 2 story residential? Is the Little Giant 17' ladder sufficient? Too small? What's the best size ladder for exterior and interior? Does it exist? Thanks

What's your commercial and residential price per pane for your area? I think consistency would be key especially for long term follow up service. I'd hate for a commercial customer to say "Hey you only charged me $2 per pane last time, why the price difference"? At least if you had standard pricing it would avoid confusion. Feedback?
