Nitro return to NA valorant will likely mean that he goes to tier 2 Valorant. All the teams in NA would be reluctant to boot off their IGLs since outside Sentinels, they all have pretty set lineups already.

Hope he tries EMEA because:
1.) He has played with international teammates before
2.) Outside Boaster of FNATIC, all other teams look extra mid because of inconsistent IGLing

i could see nitr0 joining 100T as an assistant coach for now (since 100T is looking for one and I think he would fit that position very well) and moving into playing later if he still wants to

The way VCT works fits his lifestyle better now that he's a dad. If he plays for NA, all he has to do is base himself somewhere in Los Angeles and he only has to travel if he makes it to a bigger event. Compared to CS where he's never home, it makes a lot of sense.

Hey Rab FYI, VP of esports is not a BS position. For example, Jacob Anderson has been the VP of esports for 100T for their entire 6 years. Every major esports org has a VP of esports whose entire purpose is to only focus on the esports part of the business and make final decisions as an executive. If M80 want to survive, they will need merch and sponsors and other income which the CEO would focus on more while the VP of esports runs the esports business.

Bro didnt even explain the EMEA Ascension correctly lmao, its not as complicated as you said it is. The play-ins are actually pretty cool because it gives the 2nd places of each league another chance to get into the group stages. The BO1 are terrible but at least they are getting another chance since they didn't win their respective league plus the playoffs for them are bo3 and bo5 which is not bad.
