Leetcode Weekly Contest #355 #Medium 2nd Q: Largest Element After in an Array After Merge Operations

In this video, I explained my thought process behind solving the 2nd question in Leetcode Weekly #355 contest. A slight mistake, @5:10 it does not mean we cannot perform these operations anymore, we can just go ahead and do the same thing for the next indices and return the max later.
