Kaku Guru TESTING THE LIMITS! Sea Trials

Показать описание
Kaku Guru Sea Trial Equiped with PowerPole Move and Honda 5HP Outboard
Note: This is a sit-on-top, self-bailing kayak, which means it has scuppers for the water to drain out. If you put a lot of horsepower on it, water will come through those scuppers into the hull, but the boat drains quickly and efficiently! I don’t see any issue with it whatsoever—water getting on the boats is normal, everyday stuff. That’s why they have bilge pumps, etcetera, and more!
You can always plug those scuppers with a two-way plug, but really, I wouldn’t. I’d just make sure my BlackPak sits high or avoid carrying anything that should not get wet in it. I should do a video about the love and hate of scupper plugs, lol. Unless the water is splashing on me, I don’t care if it comes through, as long as the boat can handle the water on the deck easily by draining it out quickly.
