After drying the fork, put some light oil on the stanchions and push them in, so dirt from seal comes out, do this until no dirt is coming out the seal.

Hey, I have the same red bike stand, its an Ultimate, with the flat pin down In the legs. After 22 years mine still does its job! BTW, great maintenance videos. I will surely be referring back to many of them in the future!

Life hack:
use a toothbrush for the chain, cassette and other small parts

And don't forget to use a stiff brush on the pulley wheel teeth ( this where 80 % of the dirt comes from the other 20% come from the sides of the wheels) also lube moving parts of rd and inner part of pulley wheels

i don’t get how do you ride off road while you are lying on your bike speaking from the bikes geometry how is it comfortable and if its not why adding suspension

I always clean the driver train first because while cleaning it it flings chunks of dirty grime all over the bike

Now my back still hurts when ever I watch this video

Wrong you shouldn't be pushing water through the transmission the water will push the oil into disk, rotors caliper etc. Making the bike's performance low.

Question::: why are the forks right down at the bottom (fully compressed) only showing about an inch of stanchion ?!

So let me get this straight..🤔 1st water, then soap, then water again?... If this catches on, it's going to be revolutionary... imagine the possibilities..people could wash all kinds of things using soap and water.. I think I have to write this down... right after I find a tutorial on how to use a pen and paper..

If the drying cloth gets dirty drying the chain is it even clean 🤷‍♂️

I HAVE BEEN BUT experience with washing my bike, one in particular, water went into the handle bar telescope and get rusty, the other one, water into the brake line, same , saludos from SoCal.
