If these documents had been "declassified" we should be able to access them through The Freedom Of Information Act. Since we are unable to do so they have only been "declassified" in the mind of the Mango Mussolini.

She was using the three other classified theses for her own classified theses. She got 3 months in a federal prison for taking 3 classified documents to her hotel room overnight. The law is for everyone, including the GOP. Trump does not have a US government secret clearance, once he left the office of the president and should be treated as every other US citizen who breaks the law.

The "why" doesn't matter. It was against the law to have these documents. He had them and didn't hand them all over when asked for. Case closed.

If i steal from a store, im pretty sure that the judge and jury dont really care as to WHY i did it. They will acknowledge i took something that didnt belong to me, and convict me of the crime ive committed. Why are the standards and rules always so different, when it comes to convicting a habitual criminal like Trump?

Why do they have to prove intent? If I steal something at the grocery store nobody cares if I intended to do so. Nobody will say: "Ohhh he is innocent, because we cannot prove he wanted to steal those things – although the clerk told him to bring it back and he started running". It makes no sense.

I wonder what would happen to you if you had 300 classified docs in your basement? I’m sure the DOJ would ask you nicely to give them back and if you didn’t give them all back in sure they would ask again and if you still refused to return them I bet they’d get a search warrant and execute it while you were out of town to save you from the embarrassment and hassle. That’s how everyone is treated, right? 😉
