Authorities said they have found a body believed to be that of a Stockton man who went missing while fishing with his son Wednesday along the American River. Park rangers, search and rescue and the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office were seen looking for Khansouk Souligan, 65, near the Harrington access point early Thursday morning. There are plenty of very evil people who live along the rivers now. Could easily have had one of our friendly neighborhood transients involved here. I would never be alone, or leave anyone alone along the American River Trail. I'm born and raised here, and even in the 70-80s it was bad.
