Fisk Proof of PhD.h.c. For W.E.B. DuBois Why Not H.C. Kinley’s

W.E.B. DuBois is the perfect example. Here’s a black man who was awarded an honorary doctorate from Fisk University. His was in 1938. Fisk has a record of his from 9 years earlier than Henry Kinley’s alleged honorary doctorate. Why is it Henry Kinley’s can’t be found? Surprisingly IDMR members don’t care.
