Another helpful video! I’m a Present customer. Love your wiring kits and videos! It takes off a TON of stress and time trying to figure out wire sizes, lugs etc. then hoping they’re not cheap junk. I just received another order from you and starting a new one. My first van build. Thank you for all the help!

My favorite to use in any automotive application, the heat shrink connectors that are semi-transparent, as they usually have a built-in thin layer of hot glue that seals the connection and secures the wire in place.

Thanks. Wish I had this video before I started changing my RV from lead acid to lithium and adding solar.

Best channel on the subject, by far! A little suggestion, though: could you give the metric equivalents when talking about wires and connectors since less than 5 % of your potential viewers use US units!

Some metric sizes (or equivalents) would have been helpful for most countries on the globe

I wish they would make closed-end ferrules. Most of my work is in the marine environment and I'm sorta a freak of ensuring moisture cannot get into the wire. I am using tinned cable, but I have seen corrosion on tinned wires over the years.

Do you have a link to the large crimper you are using? I have table top one that you use with a hammer/mallet.

I came to the comments to make a sarcastic joke about (what i thought was) the made-up Tigerexped UFO 200 name, cuz i thought you were sneaking in a bit if fun in your vid. But i thought to myself "before i post, i should probably do little homework to see if this is actually a thing"...Lo and behold, it actually is a thing🤯🤯🤯
Is there a logical reason for this name or are we now trying to give wire connection names some spunk?
