You gotta try these pastries!

Ingredients:
1 sheet of ready-to-roll puff pastry
Egg wash (1 small egg + 1tsp milk)
250ml double cream
30g icing sugar (+ extra for dusting)
Strawberry jam
Sliced strawberries

1) Preheat your oven to 200°C/ Gas Mark 6/ 180°C (fan)

2) Line a baking tray with baking paper.

3) Slice the pastry sheet into 10 rectangles and brush them with egg wash.

4) Bake for 8-10 minutes then allow them to cool slightly.

5) Gently slice them in half.

6) Add the double cream and icing sugar to a large bowl and whisk it to stiff peaks.

7) Spread strawberry jam over the bottom rectangles, pipe on the whipped double cream and place sliced strawberries on top.

8) Place the top rectangles on top.

9) Dust them with icing sugar.

10) Enjoy!
