I am so bless that I came across this video. I am not a buddhist but I am so greatful to you. My husband left my for our family doctor of all people...I have been full of hatered and hurt. Listening and really hearing your words has made me let go...
i totally just let go. I am greatful that I have no illness in my life but I have been a prisoner to my hate.
Words cannot express how your words have inspired me. Thank you.
Much love
Kimberly

I'm sorry that it took me 50 years to get it. But the last 10 years have been really good.

Buddhism helps me a lot in life. I learn to let go, accept and free much of my anger.

This talk has changed my life for the better. At the time of finding this talk, I was often obsessed with finding happiness in places where it cannot be found. This lead to a lot of suffering. In a moment of clarity, I googled "how to let go" and found this talk. Since then, I've experienced that letting go leads to much more happiness and I am gradually learning to be content with the way things are.
I think that without this talk I would not have enjoyed my life nearly as much as I do now.
I'm extremely thankful for the talks that the BSWA makes available for free online. Thank you!

I almost cried near the end. I think about all of the things I've gotten hung up on and how I have been irritated at the most stupid things. Nothing lasts forever, so be present and enjoy every moment while you are alive. I am happy and grateful to be alive listening to this talk.
