Health officials and global leaders are urging Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to enact a nationwide lockdown as newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 surge nationwide. The country now averages nearly 400,000 new cases every day. CBS News foreign correspondent Chris Livesay reports from New Delhi.
