Using rings for any of the calisthenics makes it twice to three times harder, depending of the plane of movement and shifting hands and feet locations. I swear by rings

Same here. I do calisthenics only, and do Pushups, Pullups, and Planks for upper body training.

It's hard to do dips with suspension> I can get so many more on a solid dip bar.
