Air Floor Pros:
+ Lightweight & Portable
+ Ridged & as Stable as an ISUP
+ Rolls Up & Stores in Sport Boat Bag
+ Easy to Inflate with No Assembly
+ Comfortable & Slip Resistant
+ Stylish Teak Foam EVA
+ Reversible

Air Floor Cons:
- Must be Cautious of Sharp Objects (anchors, fishing hooks, knives, rocks, etc)
- Longevity
- Stability While Standing

Aluminum Floor Pros:
+ Long Lasting All Weather Resistant
+ Very Durable & Heavy-Duty
+ Easy to Clean
+ Stable Hard Bottom Feel

Aluminum Floor Cons:
- Aluminum Floor 35 LBS than Air Floor 10 LBS

Thank you for this video. Im having major trouble trying to work out how to assemble the aluminium flooring. Its taken me ages to try and fit in it my zodiac 270.

I used to have a 10'4" RIB boat. It lasted me for almost 30 years until suddenly this Summer started to disintegrate like no tomorrow.
No blame. I had my fun with it and it had to die some day. I loved the rigidity of the transom and floor combined together.
I am looking for a new boat now. I wonder if anyone here had some experience coming down from a RIB boat to one with inflatable or aluminum floor. Is the handling and maneuverability of the boat significantly different?

Do you have an air floor that will fit a Zodiac Classic Mk 1

Would you have any issues taking the boat out a half mile to a mile in the ocean in Southern California?

How long can expect one of these boats to last? This would be the first rib boat I ever bought and it would get seasonal use for short trips to my mooring 5 days a week in fresh water. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

Does the air floor has a max inflatable psi level or just randomly inflated to 6psi? I have a Costco inflatable boat but the floor only up to 5psi which becomes squishy to try to plane with just 3 people.

Can the air floor carry 4 adults and plane out with the air floor, or does it flex and cavitate and not carry passengers on plane like the hard floor?

Which manufacturer is this? I am going to look at a takacat today and they said they only have inflatable floors in the US. I have a ski boat I bought new in 98 but thought this would be good for vacations to the beach rather than $800 a day for a pontoon or 100 an hr for a jet ski

Question, does an airdeck increase the capacity that your dinghy can cary? Currently have a 330 dinghy which indicates to have a carying capacity of around 425kg without an airdeck and i'm wondering if i could for example add an extra person on my dinghy safely if i used an airdeck compared to a plank deck or an aluminum deck?

There is poor leg room with an air deck, I find it uncomfortable when sitting up on the tubes and going at speed
