My aggravation with computer "going to sleep" is that I'm NOT slacking; as a matter of fact I'm working TOO much by forgoing my breaks and logging back in after "work day" if I think of something I need to get ahead of. A LOT of times (even AT office), I have to look over documents/files away from computer and of course, it goes to sleep and gotta log back in repeatedly. Thanks for your tips!

Open Word. Put something small on your desk, flip your keyboard over so it presses a key and put something a bit heavy on the board to keep it in place

Just saw this video, instead of a tape measure I found a better and more incognito solution. You cut a small piece of business card / cardboard / hard plastic packaging, you make it large enough to cover the key and insert the thin edges under the other keys surround it. You're welcome!

Put the mouse on a wall clock. Every time the second hand come around it will trigger the mouse once or twice(depending on the length of the second hand).

What about putting the mouse in a "cradle" made out of tin foil? That worked great for me, until my company did a WIN10 update. I don't understand what would have changed.
