GEA Pre-Dryer for short-cut pasta

The GEA pre-dryer is the synthesis of years of technological experience and knowledge of our customers' needs.
The design is conceived to make the pre-dryer more durable over time, easier to clean and easily adaptable to different production capacities.
All shelves, now in a reduced number, can be easily removed for maintenance and cleaning.
The structure is now all stainless steel, and ventilation motors are now installed outside the drying chamber, thus avoiding being exposed to high temperatures.
Finally, the new pre-dryer has modular design, thus allowing it to be easily adapted to any production capacity of the line.

The vanes of the ventilator are not mere fans, they resemble centrifugal compressors.
The air flow passage seems to have gotten proper care by the designers, hats off.
