Acacia fiber is what we use. It's actually one of the main ingredients in Bulletproof's product. We get ours from Anthony's Foods and mix it into our Key Nutrients Electrolytes. Tasteless/odorless, and has been an amazing addition to our Keto lifestyle.

I personally love Benefiber, it is low calorie and you can mix it with almost any drink except I do not recommend it with carbonated drinks. I have struggled with bowel movements and flare ups in my bottom part, which was painfully scary for me to use the restroom.
Using the restroom has been pain free and smooth after starting Benefiber.
I did also changed my diet to high fiber meals to get the recommend 32 grams of fiber a body needs.
I take it first thing in the morning and about 3 hours before bed.
My life has been completely changed thanks to Benefiber. It is something I am forever willing take!

I try and take natural sugar Meta Mucil every day simply to have champion poops. I drink almost exclusively water so I don't worry about the little bit of sugar.

I use 4 prebiotics inulin, flaxseed, chia seed and psyllium husk. I use them in combination or separately on just about everything. Two cups of berries with a tablespoon or two of the four prebiotics. Comes to over 30 up to 45 grams of fiber.

I take Fiber Advance gummies from Walmart less than $10. Ingredients: chicory root fiber(inulin), cane sugar, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavors, organic turmeric, organic black carrot juice concentrate, organic annatto, organic sunflower oil, lonhan fruit concentrate, and organic carnauba wax. What do you think?

I bought Metamucil sweetened with Stevia. Ingredients are psyllium husk, maltodextrin, citric acid, natural orange flavor, stevia, paprika extract, and turmeric. Much better than the one you had with aspartame. 👍

The Metamucil I take has stevia instead of aspartame. The ingredients are: Psyllium husk, maltodextrin, citric acid, natural orange flavor, stevia, paprika extract (color), turmeric (color).

I don't take a supplement, but I do add Flax Seed Meal, to my oats and yogurt. It is a high fiber food.

I love benefiber because you can add it to food and drinks without altering the taste or texture so I can add to protein smoothies easily.

I've been using Vital Proteins for a year now (discovered from watching one of your videos), but I see there's a lot more brands now. With all these different collagen peptides out in the market now, which ones are still the best that you would recommend?

I'm learning about how fiber brings down the carbs. To loose weight staying under 50carbs a day. But alot of foods low carb don't taste to good. I'm ordering the pancakes you use and looking for a syrup.

U have to be very careful when taking Psyllium Husk - there should be a warning on the packaging
because it can harden In your body if you do not take enough water. It is very very important to drink water! Unfortunately, I did not copy the link to the video warning about how it can harden in your body and be extremely painful. You can do a search If you want more info and see the video.
