i would add shooter, balorama and olympian to the list. outdoorsman was actually released in 1939. clubmaster was released in the 1980's as a remake of the 1947 browline by shuron ltd. you should do reviews on polaroid, porsche design, foster grant, renauld, cazal, neostyle and lacoste sunglasses.

Very informative video. I wear eyeglasses 24/7, blind as a bat 🦇without them. Awaiting my Clubmaster sunnies to join my New Wayfarer clear Rx glasses. Clubmasters were first made in 1947, old as dirt just like me😂.
I’m tough on glasses and Ray-Ban has never let me dow. Quality for sure and worth the extra bucks

I own several pairs of Ray-Ban‘s and I love everyone of them. My only problem is all of them are prescription. Not one of them come with Crystal or glass lenses. They’re all some type of plastic which is very disappointing considering what I have to pay for them.

Wayfarers are a bit of a sticking point for me, I have always shied away as they were just too popular and I like stuff a bit different, however, I recently bought a pair of amber coloured original Wayfarer with glass lenses and I really do like those a lot(I haven’t worn them yet, I need a temple screw, but they came with plastic lenses, so I popped those out and I cannot get the glasses lenses in. I heated the frames in boiling water, even used a hair dryer but just can’t get enough flex to get them in, and I have some damn strong fingers, I legitimately tore skin from my finger tips I was using so much torque! I’ll send them to an optometrist and have them straightened and lenses fitted soon), and also black ones with tortoise shell temples and a strip up the top with glass lenses, also very cool, very uncommon glasses. My top list would be my Clubmasters, then, seemingly the most unloved, the Baloramas!! CLINT EASTWOOD!!? They were the first ever really expensive sunglasses I bought and I lost them for 10yrs when I changed from a satchel to a briefcase and put my satchel into storage, with my Baloramas still inside! I cried when I was reunited!!! I just today received a pair of Air Boss, and I like those a lot, super uncommon, and really really cool. Next, comfort wise, I love the Chris. They’re a very common looking frame but if I’m going out and I know I’ll be wearing glasses all day, I wear my Chris without hesitation. I also bought some vintage gold Signet, and I really, really, really love those. I’d like to buy some Frank’s, and also some of the hexagonal gold frames in the near future. Oh one that surprised me with how cool it is, is the denim new Wayfarer, those things are so awesome!
