Scrolling Marquee (LED Matrix) Computer Science Project Made in Java

For my first computer science class we learned how to program in Java. Our final project for this class consisted of working in a group to create a final project that incorporates all of the elements we learned throughout the course. We decided to make a scrolling marquee program that scrolls across the user text. We read/write to the console and to text files in order to make this happen. We used a one of a kind concept using binary values in an array and using the union operator to combine new letters
