Mi 360 home security cameras are one of the popular brands in the security camera scenario. They are a connected set of cameras that require a WiFi network and active internet connection for the initial setup.
But will the recording stop if you lose your internet connectivity?. In this video, we are testing the ability of the mi home 360 cameras ( both the older 1080p version and the newer 2k pro version)to record videos without an active internet connection or a WiFi network

I bought two and tried it on both and it looks like it would record a video for around 30 minutes before stopping the recording after disconnecting the internet or the wifi. It definitely needs a wireless network with internet connection for continuous recording.

Hi bro I have one doubt please clarify.
If there is a powercut and then afterwards the power comes back then does this camera need wifi in order to resume its recording?
Many people are mentioning it as a major flaw in this camera that each and everytime whenever there is a power off and on then it requires internet to start recording again even in the sd card.
Could you please confirm whether this is correct or not.
