A quick reaction from the Americans?? Absoutely !! In case of crossing the border .... Hasty departure of all US troops, if possible, at night, without warning the "allies" and leaving as much material as possible on the spot .... As in vietnam, and recently, in afghanistan .... I hope they will think about putting grease or oil on the landing gear of their planes so that there are no Ukrainians who try to hang on to it.... 😂😂😂

Russian military forces will probably invade the minority Russian ethnic areas of Ukraine where the population consists of ethnic Russian speaking enclaves near the boarder on the East and the South. But, not the whole country since the rest of Ukraine speaks Ukrainian and is a different ethnic group. It’s very doubtful that Ukraine would want to be ruled by a minority Russian ethnic overlord in their own country. This will be a political quagmire for the Russians where the majority of the Ukrainians are a different ethnic group, speak a different language, and basically hate you. The Russians will be seen as an invader and will have to maintain an occupying military force for years at a considerable cost. If Russia is trying to scare Ukraine from joining the NATO alliance for protection against Russian aggression, it’s very likely to backfire. During the “Cold War” the USSR military had numerous ethnic soldiers among its ranks, now the Russian military is comprised of mainly ethnic Russians and will be fighting alone. The NATO pact in 2021 has 30 member counties who asked to join the alliance and had to be voted on by the members to join. At the height of the “Cold War” the Warsaw pact had 8 members who were forced to join by the former USSR. NATO would be hard pressed to fight in the Ukrainian minority Russian ethnic areas of Ukraine where the local Russian Ukrainians would side with the invading Russians against their own country. The Russian would gain some territory, but lose in the economic sanctions against them. There is no endgame insight for the Russians.

Putin is adamant that NATO not cross the Eastern Carpathians on Ukraine's WESTERN border. So Putin may just take ALL, not part of Ukraine.

Bernie is a social Democrat. We currently have a capitalist/social democracy system. Capitalism is those w/money and power begin more money and power while taking that money and power from the ppl. Social democracy is the brakes on the worst of capitalism which is the capitalists r like addicts, addicted to money and power. They can never get enough and they don’t care if they take all the money and power in the nation. Our income inequality is around 0.5 gini coefficient which means only 50% of the population is getting any income before redistribution which r ppl on unemployment, SS disability, or SS retirement which r services all of these ppl paid for during their working lives and not enough for most ppl or families to live off of based on the cost of living today. The ideal and healthy gini coefficient is between 0.2-0.3 gini coefficient, where many of our democratic allies are and where we were in the 50’s&60’s when we had widespread prosperity and our economy was rocking. Most all new growth today goes to the upper class. Back in the 50&60’s, each class, L, M, U, received the same % of new growth. This is all happening bc of republican tax cuts for the rich/corporations and the of labor unions which has resulted in the average M class wage to be stagnant, or near stagnant, the L class wages have declined, and the upper class wages/earnings have skyrocketed since 1980. However, the cost of living has increased every year making it very hard, if not impossible, for M&L class ppl to achieve the same around the same ages as previous generations or many have needed 2 adult earners, fewer children, and the M&L classes have had to resort to significantly more personal debt compared to the Greatest generation and the Baby Boomer generation when Dems controlled most states, the house, senate, and WH most of the time from 1933-1979. Corporate/moderate Dems supported more of the progressive policies that the far-left Dems support today. Republicans controlled most states, house, senate, and WH most of the time from at least 1880-1932 and 1980-2022. We see the same outcomes from both periods. High income and wealth inequality, regressive effective taxes, exploitation of labor, fewer labor unions, great struggling/suffering of the M&L classes, lower gdp, lower PPP, narrow prosperity on, y for those at the top, more and deeper recessions/depressions, lack of investment in America, etc. As well as the impacts of high income and wealth inequality. As income and wealth inequality increase w/in a society, we also see increases in violence, domestic extremism/terrorism, racism, xenophobia, misogyny, suicides, drug/alcohol abuse, maternal/infant mortality rate, associated psych/medical conditions, incarcerations, poverty, homelessness, polarization, societal unrest, and decreases in social mobility, life expectancy, math and literacy scores compared to other countries, and trust in government and each other. These r the symptoms of a sick society which is caused when the gini coefficient increases above the 0.2-0.3 gini coefficient. We’ve had a majority republican Supreme Court for at least the past 150yrs. That’s not a product of anything close to democracy, that’s a product of corruption and the minority of wealth republicans, corporations, the GOP, and wealthy evangelicals, aka the oligarch’s minority control over the ppl. The oligarchy, who own all republican politicians, most all media, the social media, and to a lesser degree, compared to the GOP, corporate Dems use their entire infrastructure to persuade/con M&Lclass voters to elect republicans or corporate Dems. They use the divide and conquer tactic to prevent enough M&L class voters from voting for the far-left Dems who r the least corrupt, least owned by the oligarchy, most honest, and support modern day FDR progressive and fair policies which would bring an end to the current control of the wealthy and corporations over much of our government, who would make the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share of taxes, who would use a real progressive tax structure, who would invest in America instead of investing in the wealthy and corporations, support labor unions, fairness for all income levels, progressive policies would bring the income and wealth inequality down to a 0.2-0.3 gini coefficient, create widespread prosperity, result in a higher gdp, decrease personal debt which has been dumped on the M&L classes, reduce the national debt over time, reduce all the societal issues we see today, etc and that terrifies the oligarch and their media just as FDR did back in 1932. They tried ti assassinate FDR when he was president elect but luckily missed shooting FDR, they tried to assassinate President Teddy Roosevelt who was a progressive republican and set out breaking up the monopolies prior to FDR, and then there was a conspiracy to once again take FDR out but luckily someone leaked the conspiracy plan. Most Americans loved FDR but the elites called him a traitor to his own top 1% class. He was elected for president in 4 landslide elections. Shortly after his death, the wealthy made the congress put a 2 term limit on the presidency bc they knew if a president ever really worked for the ppl, the ppl would continue to re-elect that far-left Dem/progressive. The media and some politicians who act like far-left Dems r “socialists” is incorrect and completely acts like we don’t socialist programs now like Social Security retirement, unemployment, SS disability, publicly funded schools, the GI bill and Tri-care, medicare, Medicaid, all the other social and safety net programs, police, fire departments, etc. We’ve had these programs for a long time and they used to be better funded. What we call the Far-left Dems/progressives or what the wealthy in the US call socialism r the same policies supported by the entire political spectrum in every other industrialized nation. We have to be aware of how the wealthy, their media, the politician they own, etc manipulate and screw the M&L classes in the US. They try to divide us and get us to blame each other for the very unfair economy and opportunities the M&L classes when the ppl screwing us r the wealthy, corporations, the politicians they own, and the media they own. We began losing the more democratic and government for the ppl in 1971 when a republican Supreme Court justice sent a memo to the US Chamber of Commerce titled, “The Lewis Powell Memo: a Corporate Blueprint to Dominate Democracy.” U can see the income and wealth inequality begin to increase during this decade but it was the landslide election of Reagan that did the M&L classes in, began the moving manufacturing jobs to countries w/cheaper labor, cut taxes for the rich and corporations, started our living off the national debt bc the wealthy and corporations stopped paying the taxes they should have been paying, the defunding of all domestic programs for M&L class ppl, the increase of corruption in government, the Citizen United decision allowing corporations to use unlimited amounts of money in our politics anonymously and drowning out the voices of the ppl. The filibuster is for the rich and corporations to prevent any bills which would benefit the M&L classes and create a dysfunctional federal government. If we want a government for the ppl, we need more M&L class voters to vote for far-left Dems/progressives/social democrats who support progressive policy, ditching the filibuster, expanding the court to more closely match the population of the US, make the oligarchs pay their fair share of taxes, break up the monopolies, etc. It will be a huge fight bc the oligarch loves stealing our money and power as they have been since 1980 but we can do it. Take opinion political media, social media influencers, etc w/a grain of salt and understand they work for the wealthy and corporations, even if CNN, MSNBC, NPR, PBS, etc r more responsible and report more honestly compared to Fox, Newsmax, AON, etc, their purpose is to get ratings, money, and persuade/con M&L class voters to vote for those who will work for the wealthy and corporations while making the M&L classes poorer. Corporate Dem policies don’t reward the rich as much or hurt the M&L classes as much as any republican politicians but they still do too much for the top and too little for the M&L classes. If we continue as we have, China will take world dominance and be the most powerful country while America declines. American wealthy and corporations don’t care bc they get a lot of their money from China bc the M&L classes no longer have the money to spend bc all the money’s at the top. China has more progressive policies, lower income and wealth inequality, and the largest M class in the world w/$ to spend, similar to America back in the 50’s&60’s. If u want a successful country w/widespread prosperity u have to have low income and wealth inequality, M class must be the largest class and the M class should be growing, not shrinking as the American M class has been since 1980, u have to invest in ur country, not the rich, and u have to ensure ur citizens are as educated and or more educated than other countries, which we have fallen behind in education since they began defunding k-12 and college. Our kids test in the 20-30th best in the world when we used rank in the top 10 and should be today.
