Is not not easy for people to finish reading the whole passage and have time to answer questions? On every practice and practice test I have had extra time on the reading. It’s easier(for me) to read the whole thing because I don’t have to look back and meticulously search for the answer to a question. I can just answer it and flip back and double check myself.
