For an elf Arwen didn’t do much in the movies, all she did was a spell to stop the black riders meanwhile Eowyn kills the Witch King with just a sword.

Eowyn has strength and skill and abilities. Aragorn said it as well: "You have some skill with the blade".
She also had endurance aigainst the which-king.
