In this webinar, the Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements (BAMBE) program and Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) Program walk you through the benefits of carbon-free properties and how to get started with the programs.

Affordable housing providers in the Bay Area are eligible to take advantage of the following programs to begin making the shift:

The Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements (BAMBE) program offers no-cost technical assistance and at least $750/unit in incentives for comprehensive energy efficiency and electrification retrofits.

The Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) Program provides financial incentives to substantially offset the cost of a solar PV system at qualified multifamily properties.
