Before you buy Ragnarock, is it worth it?

Ragnarock VR is a rhythm based game where you hype up vikings on a ship to have them row as far as they can, while listening to viking inspired music such as celtic rock, power metal, and pirate themed music. There are solo and multiplayer games, and leaderboards to keep things competitive. The Ragnarock Quest 2 version is available October 21!

1 year later and a lot of these issues have been fixed, drums can wrap around, customs are coming in, although some are good some suck, and you can definitely control the hammers, maybe a little too much

i love beat saber, and i love ragnaröck. both are two completely different game, as you said. Good songs in beatsaber could get you into a flow that makes you dance, ragnaröck can also do that. but instead of dancing, it makes you feel like an awesome drummer (for those who does not play the drums irl)

I am of the opinion that beatsaber is a great idea but less than stellar game only saved by its community and that customs and mod charts are the only thing worth playing full stop, but its all up to opinion, so far it just doesn't shine when compared to the other vr rhythm games that are out there for me. More power to you if you enjoy it, for me games like Ragnarok Audica and Synthriders hit the engagement part of my brain way harder

I'm in the minority as a Saber hater. Mostly because the easy levels are boring and I don't have the motivation to get better at the harder ones. I like Ragnarock because the easier levels are still challenging, and man does it get me sweating! :)

i know this was a year ago and it has improved so much but i don’t see how having one style of music is a negative aspect, the game is literally called RAGNAROCK not ragnarok, it has the words rock in it lmao
