ED 304 - The Teacher and the Community, School and Organizational Leadership

Ms. Calumba is the school Head of Panta ES. She is newly promoted as Principal and newly transferred of the said school. As School head she had encountered issues such as:

a. Anomalies on the usage of school funds and other funds, like ghost materials, unliquidated funds and misuse of PTA funds

b. Teachers frequently leave class to co teachers to attend personal needs during class hours.

c. Late teachers.
