Bro I just played her and she feels pretty cool in smite 2. The game as a whole is just so different that it’s very hard to compare her because smite 1 is different in every single way fundamentally so it just feels different but she’s super fun to play. The aoe autos are so cool and I like the fog cd. It’s so fast you can perma fog. 10/10 design for this one.

I seem to be late into this smite 2 hype, but can someone tell me if all these gods kit changes is only for smite 2? Meaning, is nuwa is the same in smite 1?

I havent touch smite for over a year so i would rly like to know

And depending on anyones answer it will affect my decision whether to reinstall smite 1 and or instal smite 2 lol

The root is nice (like it already was), the aoe autos are cool but kinda unnecessary in a mage’s kit, and the longer range is cool, but on her ult? With a sluggish cast time, movement and cooldown? Sure these are technically just buffs, but really dont help her to even possibly be an auto attacker (along with nothing scaling off strenght).

C'mon! Why is the focus always on Nu Wa's basic attacks? She's not even a god primarily based on basic attacks. If the design team is going in this direction, why not just bring back the old Nu Wa instead? The passive skill we see on Nu Wa now is practically a downgraded version of the old Nu Wa.
Can’t they make her more like Syndra from League of Legends, where accumulating certain conditions allows her abilities to upgrade?

Trash ult! Spam in cooldown and with a Neith ult, the other adc or mid can’t play the game. They 100% should of given her a new ult.

U gave nu wa, auto attack….on her ult? She’s not a auto attack god…..and the only time she was, is being used to abuse her passive in smite 1 to keep rooting enemies which u can’t do anymore. They don’t even have a burn affect like what the heck’s the point hahaha.

i love nu wa, and she needed a change but i still feel like she needed a significant kit change instead of adding a new passive to each ability. still going to play her though! 🩷
