I know people who prefer the feel of a bound neck.
Me, I am good either way.
And a well made neck, whether bound or unbound can feel fantastic

In the CF Martin range.. Price is based on better grade materials and amount of ornamentation..Pearl inlay problably adds most cost.. Not tone..

Yeah no tip here guys. Also binding is way more trouble than it increases the value of an instrument. Using a neck that's properly dried is my tip to never needing it as from what I can gather it's main function was to cure fret sprout so wood didn't have to be dried as long. Correct me if I'm wrong here.
