So in your opinion, what's the current status with the Mint, if one were to actually find another one of these few scattered aluminium One Cent coins, today?
Based on the previous decision, would it now be safe to say it wouldn't (once again), become a huge hassle for that individual to have it sent out for grading, and be put up for auction, at this late date?

Hi DC! I have a 1973 penny with no mint mark in excellent condition. It shows no circulation marks. What makes this one unique, is that it was struck very deeply and slightly offset but is full rim 360 degrees. On the left side obverse, the depth is deep with a split in the rim. Do you think this coin has any value other than $0.01? If you can spare a moment, please comment on what you think?
