I have created my training strategy and I backtest it and it works as I was t. It set stop losses at each entry as well and the exits are when a new signal is generated. So can this work with the method you are explaining? Meaning set stop loss orders as well and then then close all positions before entering a new trade and so on. All that logic is set on my trading strategy already.

Would the method you are teaching work ? Or it only accept BuY and Sell orders and that is it

Why wouldn't your system work with stocks or ETFs? What makes it specific to crypto?
