Day rates are going up, utilization rates are going up, backlogs are going up, cold stacks are coming online, new orders are staying flat and debt is getting paid down. What’s not to like? Yeah, I know, recession.

Hello, cup what is your view now? Oil up big time but offshore not moving. Offshore unlike shale and Canada plays is about the long term capital downstream investment cycle and we might not be there yet. Then again other midcap oil equities are also not moving. What is your data saying about the utilisation and dayrates at this moment?
