The odds were against her, but the expertise& unwavering efforts of ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฐ๐๐ฅ (Emergency & Trauma Surgeon) & ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ก (Professor & Head, Department of Respiratory Medicine) turned the impossible into a miracle.
On post-opcase, Thoracotomy was performed with Pericardial Effusion&Pleural Culture Positive for Acinetobacter Baumannii, Klebsiella Pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. Her bronchoscopy was done, which was an added challenge.
After 25 days of relentless battle, Riddhima emerged victorious. With teary eyes, her father, Sudheer Pal expresses, โSRMS didnโt just save my daughter; they gave her a new life. We will remain forever grateful.โ Talking about her current status, she is on room air, has been discharged & recovering.
