Your advice about breaking things down into smaller pieces is so good. Are used to try to make this big detailed plan for myself, and then not be able to stick to it. But if I can just do One thing each day, but I am still making progress, and that may not be the way other people would do it, but it’s also better than just getting overwhelmed and not moving forward at all. I have started doing this recently, and it definitely helps.

❤Those are really good tips, ill try breaking my task in short pieces ❤️ even if i don’t think im breaking them down i am by accident. But it makes since i see it moving quicker if i break my tasks down and im aware. I started using a paper time calendar this year after not really using one in a while.
